The Sharjah Al Dhaid–Masafi Road (E88) upgrade is a major infrastructure project enhancing connectivity across the northern emirates, involving the widening of roads and construction of interchanges and flyovers over a 12 km corridor. The project required a cost-effective and sustainable pavement solution capable of performing over weak subgrade conditions without extensive soil improvement.
