Kalba Corniche Development

Kalba Corniche Development

The Kalba Corniche Development forms a key infrastructure component along the eastern coastline of Sharjah, connecting Kalba to Fujairah and supporting ongoing residential expansion. The project involved the construction of bridge approach ramps and earth-retaining structures over a major stormwater channel, requiring a solution that combines structural performance with architectural appeal.

POME delivered a durable and efficient MSE wall system, enabling rapid construction while maintaining high aesthetic standards suited to its prominent coastal setting. Through optimized design and the use of site-won materials, the solution reduced construction time, cost, and carbon footprint, while eliminating the need for deep foundations and delivering long-term stability for future infrastructure demands.
