The R1015/3A Improvements project in Deira, Dubai is a key urban infrastructure upgrade aimed at enhancing pedestrian and roadway integration within a constrained environment. The project required the construction of a retaining system to support a raised, vegetated strip along a curved alignment while maintaining traffic flow on an active road. The client was facing challenges in achieving a visually appealing and environmentally integrated solution without disrupting traffic or requiring road closures.

POME delivered an optimized MSE wall solution that accommodated the curved geometry and varying heights, enabling construction without heavy equipment or road closure, while seamlessly integrating landscaping elements to meet both structural and aesthetic requirements.
