Pioneers of the Middle East – POME is a privately-owned company, headquartered in Abu Dhabi. The business was established in 2012 by Engr. Salah Aljerjawi who represented Tensar International since 1999 and has been developing and implementing technologies and innovative solutions collaborating with local authorities and local and international consultant firms.

POME’s beginning in introducing the geogrid technology to the UAE infrastructure and private development projects gives POME a solid foundation in understanding the needs all stakeholder in any Engineering Construction project, from Client, to Engineer to Contractor.
