The Mohamed Bin Zayed City Zones D & G Infrastructure Project involved the reconstruction and optimisation of critical road infrastructure across one of Abu Dhabi’s rapidly expanding residential districts. Built over highly variable ground conditions containing weak clay, gypsum, salt deposits, and high groundwater levels, the project required advanced ground improvement solutions to eliminate premature pavement failure and ensure long-term performance.

 

POME delivered engineered pavement optimisation and subgrade stabilisation solutions using innovative geogrid technology to reduce differential settlement, extend pavement life, and provide a cost-effective, long-term infrastructure solution.
