The Yas IB3 & IB4 Marine Edge Works form a critical component of the infrastructure development along the eastern shoreline of Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, one of the UAE’s most prominent master-planned island developments. Located approximately 40 km northeast of Abu Dhabi and directly connected to the mainland by the E10 corridor, Yas Island plays a strategic role in the Emirate’s urban and tourism growth.
The project involves large-scale marine edge construction, excavation, rock revetment, and coastal protection works along the IB3 and IB4 zones, delivering long-term shoreline stability and resilient waterfront infrastructure to support the continued expansion of North Yas.
